CAUTION!  Fly fishing - and the activities related to it - can be addictive!

Since retiring in 2018 - when I created this site - I've been fortunate enough to be able to get out on the river almost weekly.  On good weeks - twice weekly!

One of my friends - Brian Kenney - retired about the same time and he's been able to join me on most of these weekly excursions. My sons and other buddies have jumped in from time-to-time and joined me too.

My hope is that this site provides valuable information regarding the fishing conditions of the various rivers we fish (hatches, flows, water temp, etc), the techniques employed, and flies that were used and the top producers.

Photos of river scenes, pictures of the beautiful trout, and interesting wildlife that we encounter are intended to enhance the stories and help the reader relate to our experiences.

As time has gone by, I've been inspired by the likes of Bob White and others to begin painting some of the scenes and photos which are included in the Art Gallery.
